your letter 513579/53 of the 2nd October to say that

Charlton has now completed and forwarded to Hong Kong

his report outlining the existing legislation

controlling the Gas Industry in this country and

making certain suggestions.

He would be very grateful if he could

receive a copy of the amendments to the new Factories

Bill when they are available in printed form. Perhaps

this could be arranged?
